He’s organized and friendly. Very respectful of space and protects the area with padding. He will be our annual maintenance person going forward. We were also unable to use the remote. Scott was prompt, knowledgeable and super friendly. Got the job done, sorted out the remote and left us knowing all was working as it should. I had just moved house expecting to be able to simply connect my old BBQ to my new gas line with a quick connect. 3 trips to the hardware store later and I gave up and called Scott. Within 2 hours I was back in my happy spot grilling and Scott actually saved me money as I returned the bits and pieces I had wrongly purchased from the hardware store!
